THE Monthly Trivia Quiz - on a Friday no less!

For the spring of 2025 and quite possibly beyond we offer up a monthly quiz on a Friday evening. The slightly pared-down quiz will start at 7.45pm and finish by 9.30pm.

Doord open @6.30pm and Food will be on offer beforehand but orders need to be made by 7.15pm

2025 -The POP(ular) Pop Quiz - Has been put to bed - after 50 pop quizzes over the last several years we called it a night finally hitting the big 100 participants in an excellent and exciting finale - surprised and surprising winners, held center stage with our jackpot winners also collecting a tidy £150 to put a little polish on the crimbo festivities

Have a go at our Christmas music montage. The first track on the first list (swing 1) is an example of a Beyonce track. For number eight try and get the correct decade!

On the night the best score was a very impressive 68 out of 96.

It would be appreciated that while you're having a go you could also bung a few quid towards the Samaritans - they are working extremely hard around the clock and as you can imagine through this year it has been especially testing

Big Pop Quiz of the miserable year!!

LATEST NEWS - This event takes place under canvas, current tier 2 rules and restrictions mean we are able to hold this event with the rule of 6 allowing up to six people from more than one household to share a table. Mid Sussex council currently deem it necessary for us to provide food so we shall - either a tasty chicken curry or a vegan / non-dairy alternative - most likely jackfruit thai green curry -.

The food, quiz and a donation to the Samaritans are all included in the price of a table ticket

The Popular Pop Quiz is once again on tour and arrives at the Hassocks Pub under the guise Lets make Christmas fun again event
You don't have to be a full of festive cheer to enter, but grab up to five amigos (rule of 6 don't forget) and some nibbles, pull up a chair and get ready for an explosion of happy times .
