The Purple Carrot can help. we want to create a community resourced patio garden.

Like most small businesses hoping to open up again when the situation allows we won't have any money to chuck around, but still have to make improvements and render our premises distancing friendly. To this end we are trying to improve our outside areas to allow access to food drink and a modicum of entertainment as soon as possible.

Our back garden is in desperate need of refurbishment

We are attempting to turn our back garden area from a slimy slide of rotting death trap decking timber into a social distanced gathering area. Obviously we have no money to do this so we are looking for donations of paving / patio slabs from over-orders / old stuff that's being replaced anything of good quality that we can lay down into a mix and match unrestrained riot of colour and contours.

Either drop your slabs in at the purple carrot, or PM us to collect from you. we're also looking for any good quality bits of fencing, trellis, sharp sand, ballast etc so if you have some let us know Donations will receive recognition and some form of recompense - teas, coffees, butties etc once we are up and running again.
