well it's getting a bit warmer, so we've taken down the not fit for purpose gazebo so kindly supplied by Gala Tents at great expense with no liabilities, and the holiest of warranties...and we more on to new beginnings

Monday 4 April - The monthly Monday Trivia Quiz at the purple carrot (but a bit later due to illness in the ranks) - doors from 6.45pm, quiz due to start roughly 7.30pm - most excellent food available too, and a chance to say hello to our newest member of staff Katia / Sasha - depending on your viewpoint;

Wednesday 6 April - 5.00-8.30pm - Terrys Tea Time Treats.- every Wednesday until further notice - August probably. Our current version of Streetfood Suppers while we get back on our feet. Why not join Terry as he works his way through our supper time menu? He's vegetarian but you don't have to be. There are some regular dishes, the occasional special, a Sussex cheeseboard and a cheeky little alcohol list too.

Tuesday 12 April - 7-8.30pm - Knit and Natter return - will there be more wedding dresses on display? Meeting are every two weeks and if you like to knit (or crochet) or perhaps you are just an expert talker, then this very friendly bunch could be just the ticket ? Knit and natter is every two weeks they are a friendly bunch and offer a warm welcome to beginners, and old hands alike

Friday 29 April - Paulies Pop Quiz (@the RBL) - a bit in advance I know but the spaces are already limited so book yourselves in without delay - teams up to six

Sunday 1 May -1.50pm - 4.00pm - Philosophy CLUB (every first Sunday of the month) - Have we resolved everything after Aprils debate "Is war ever morally justified". This really is becoming a rather popular little discussion group expertly hosted by our resident moral guidance counsellor, so a quick email to David to check on subject matter and space might be advisable if you haven't made it here yet.
